  • 1 Tbs. orgeat (almond) syrup
  • 1/2 oz. grenadine
  • 1 oz. lime juice

Shake all ingredients well and serve in an iced Old Fashioned Glass.

The Perfect Margarita [video]

  • 2 oz. 100% Agave Tequila (i.e. Cavalino, Don Julio, Partida, Patron)
  • 1 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 3/4 oz. Agave Nectar
  • 3/4 oz. Grand Marnier

Shake well, serve in an iced Margarita Glass.

 

10 Cane Mojito Kit [video]

  • 4 oz. Stirrings Simple Mojito Mix
  • 2 oz. 10 Cane Rum
  • Fresh Sprige of Mint
  • Splash of Club Soda
  • Lime to Garnish

Shake 10 Cane Rum and Stirrings Mojito mix in a shaker. Place in ice and mint sprige in a Highball Glass. Pour contents of shaker into Highball Glass then add a splash of club soda.

 

Mango Rose's Mojito [video]

  • 1 oz. Mango Rum (i.e. Captain Morgan Parrot Bay)
  • 3 oz. Rose's Mojito Mix
  • Fresh Mint Sprig to Garnish

Mix contents in a shaker and serve in an iced Low Ball Glass (4 oz. - 9 oz).

 

Long Island Ice Tea [video]

  • 1 oz. 100% Silver/Blanco Tequila (i.e. Cavalino, Don Julio, Patron)
  • 1 oz. Vodka (i.e. Tito's Handmade Vodka)
  • 1 oz. Gin (i.e. Brave Spirits Gin, Tanqueray, Bombay Sapphire)
  • 1 oz. Rum
  • 1 oz. Triple Sec
  • 2 oz. Sweet/Sour Mix
  • Coke
  • Lemon to Garnish

Mix all ingredients in a shaker and shake well. Pour into an iced Highball Glass, garnish with Lemon and serve.

 

Amaretto Stone Sour #2 [video]

  • 2 oz. Amaretto
  • 2 oz. 100% Agave Blanco/Silver Tequila
  • 2 oz. Sour mix
  • Splash of Orange Juice
  • Maraschino Cherry for Garnish
  • Slice of Orange for Garnish

Mix Amaretto and Tequila with Sour mix in a shaker and strain into a Highball Glass. Add a splash of Orange Juice, orange slice and a maraschino cherry to garnish.

 

Irish Candy [video]

  • 1 1/2 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 1/2 oz. Raspberry Liquor
  • 1/2 oz. White Crème de Cacao

Pour Bailey's Irish Cream into a Low Ball or Old Fashioned Glass. Pour Raspberry Liquor into the glass followed by the White Crème de Cacao and stir. Drink.

 

The Scorpion [video]

  • 2 oz. of Dark Rum
  • 1 Tablespoon of Brandy
  • 1 Tablespoon of Dry Vermouth
  • 2 Tablespoons of Fresh Orange Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons of Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon of orgeat syrup
  • Mint Sprig for Garnish

Shake ingredients in a shaker and pour over ice in a Polynesian style Tiki Glass or Highball Glass.

 

Tequila Mockingbird [video]

  • 2 oz. 100% de Agave Tequila
  • 3/4 oz. Green or White Crème de Menthe
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • Slice of Lime to Garnish

Shake Tequila, Crème de Menthe and lime juice with ice. Strain into a chilled Cocktail/Martini Glass and garnish with lime.

 

Thanksgiving Special [video]

  • 3/4 oz. Apricot Brandy
  • 3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
  • 3/4 oz. Gin
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of Lemon Juice
  • Garnish with Marachino Cherry.

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled Cocktail/Martini Glass and top with a cherry.

 

Thanksgiving Gobble-Tini [video]

  • 1 1/4 oz. Cranberry Vodka
  • 1/4 oz. Raspberry Liqueur
  • Splash of Cranberry juice
  • (Optional) Three Cranberries on a stick

Mix Vodka, Raspberry Liqueur and Cranberry Juice in a shaker with ice. Strain into a Cocktail/Martini Glass and, optionally, garnish with three cranberries on a stick.

Tequila Sunrise [video]

  • 2 oz. of White/Blanco 100% de Agave Tequila
  • 4 oz. Orange Juice
  • 2 Dashes of Granadine to 1 oz. for effect
  • Lime to Granish

Mix Orange Juice and Tequila in a shaker and strain over an iced Highball Glass. Tilt glass or use an upside down spoon to drizzle grenadine down the side of the glass so the grenadine sits at the bottom.

 

Arizona Twister [video]

  • 1 1/2 oz. Coconut Rum
  • 1 1/2 oz. White/Blanco 100% de Agave Tequila
  • 1 1/2 oz. Vodka
  • 1 Dash of Grenadine
  • 1 Splash of Cream of Coconut
  • 1 Splash of Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Splash of Orange Juice
  • 1 Wedge of Pineapple for Garnish

Fill Hurricane Glass two-thirds full of crushed ice and pour Coconut Rum, Tequila, and Vodka. Add splash of Cream of Coconut, Orange Juice and Pineapple Juice. Finish with a dash of grenadine, stir for 20 seconds and garnish with a pineapple wedge. Serve and enjoy.

 

The Hot Toddy [video]

  • 1 oz. Brandy
  • 1 oz. Agave Nectar (or Honey for more sweetness)
  • Warm Water to fill
  • 2 Whole Cloves
  • Half Slice of Lemon

Poke two holes into the edge of the lemon with a knife or tooth pick and push one whole clove into each hole, you've now got a studded lemon. Put the studded lemon into a Coffee Mug and pour brandy into the mug, follow by pouring Agave Nectar into mug. Fill mug with hot water and mix contents together with Cinnamon stick for 20 seconds and serve. You may leave the cinnamon stick in the mug for additional flavor.

 

Captain Morgan on Acid [video]

  • 1/2 oz. Captain Morgan Spiced Rum (or Private Stock)
  • 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. Coconut Rum
  • 3/4 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 1 drop of grenadine

Add all ingredients to an iced shaker and shake for 10 to 15 seconds. Pour contents into two Double-Shot Glasses (or four One-Shot Glasses) and add 1-drop of grenadine to each glass.

 

Sex on The Beach [video]

  • 1 1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps
  • 1 1/2 oz. Vodka
  • 2 oz. Cranberry Juice
  • 2 oz. Orange Juice
  • 2 oz. Pineapple Juice

Combine all ingredients into an iced shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Strain contents into an iced Highball Glass and serve.

 

Red Headed Slut [video]

  • 1 oz. Jagermeister
  • 1 oz. Peach Schnapps
  • 3 oz. Cranberry Juice

Fill shaker with ice and add all ingredients. Shake for 10 seconds and pour into two Double-Shot Glasses and serve.

 

Blind Melon [video]

  • 1 oz. Melon Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. Light Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Cointreau
  • 1/2 oz. Vodka

Fill shaker with ice and add all ingredients. Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a chilled Cocktail Glass.

 

The Lemon Drop [video]

  • 2 1/2 oz. of Lemon-Infused (Citron) Vodka
  • 1/2 oz. of Cointreau
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • Lemon Wedge to Garnish
  • (Optional) Rimmed cocktail glass with sugar

Start by rimming the outside of your Cocktail Glass with sugar (optional). Shake cointreau, lemon juice and vodka ingredients in a cocktail shaker for 10 seconds and strain into Cocktail Glass. Garnish with lemon.

 

Christmas in a Cup [video]

  • 2 oz. Aftershock or Goldschlager
  • 2 oz. Spiced Rum (i.e. Captain Morgan)
  • 4 oz. of Dr. Pepper

Build ingredients in an iced Highball Glass, first add Spiced Rum followed by Dr. Pepper and stir ingredients for 15 to 30 seconds. Add Aftershock after stirring, letting the carbonation mix it naturally. Serve for a great holiday treat or fit it into any season by giving it a new name.

 

The Gingerbread Man [video]

  • 1 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 1 oz. Goldschlager
  • 1 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps
  • 1 oz. Vodka

Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain contents into one or more shot glasses and serve.

 

The Flirtini [video]

  • 1/2 oz. Pomegranate Vodka
  • 4 oz. Chilled Champagne

Pour champagne into a chilled Martini Glass and top with Vodka.

 

Bahama Mama [video]

  • 1/4 oz. Kahlua
  • 1/2 oz. Dark Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Coconut Liqueur or Coconut Rum
  • 1/2 oz 151-Proof Rum
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 4 oz. Pineapple Juice

Mix all ingredients in an iced cocktail shaker and strain into an iced Highball Glass. Serve and enjoy.

 

Captain Hook [video]

  • 2 oz. Malibu Rum
  • Fill with Redbull Energy Drink
  • 1/4 oz. Cinnamon Schnapps

Fill a Collins Glass or Highball Glass with ice and pour in Malibu Rum. Fill glass with Redbull energy drink and float Cinnamon Schnapps on top.

 

The B-52 [video]

  • 1/2 oz. Kahlúa
  • 1/2 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier

Layer in order: Kahlúa, then Bailey's Irish Cream and finish with Grand Marnier in a Pousse-café Glass, Cordial Glass, Champagne Flute or a Shot Glass (whatever you have available).

 

Caramel Candy Apple Martini [video]

  • 1 1/2 oz. Sour Apple Pucker Schnapps
  • 1 1/2 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps or Dekuypers Buttershots Burst
  • 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
  • (Optional) Apple Slice for Garnish

Stuff all the tasty ingredients into an iced shaker, shake for 10 seconds and strain into a chilled Martini/Cocktail Glass. Garnish with a half-wheel of sliced Apple and serve.

 

Electric Lemonade [video]

  • 1 oz. Light Rum
  • 1 oz. Blue Curacao
  • 1 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix
  • 7UP Soft Drink
  • Lemon Wedge for Garnish

Mix light rum, sweet/sour mix and Blue Curacao in iced shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into an iced HighBall Glass and top off with 7UP. Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve.

 

Carbonated Piston Slinger [video]

  • 2 oz. 151-Proof Rum
  • 3/4 oz. Sloe Gin
  • 3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • Top with Club Soda
  • Garnish with Cherry

Mix all ingredients in an iced shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Pour over ice in a Collins Glass or Highball Glass and garnish with cherry. Top with glass with club soda and serve.

 

Chocolate Margarita [video]

  • 1 1/2 oz. 100% Agave Tequila
  • 3/4 oz. Godiva Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. Cointreau
  • 1 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix

  • 1 Sugar Cube
  • 2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • 3 oz. Champagne
  • 1/3 oz. Cognac

Place sugar cube into a champagne flute and add two dashes of Angostura bitters, allow them to absorb into the sugar. Add chilled champagne and top with cognac and serve.

  • 1 1/2 oz. G/Vine Floraison
  • 3/4 oz. Midori
  • 2 Basil Leaves
  • 3/4 oz. Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Additional basil leave to garnish
  • (optional) Gooseberries

Mix all ingredients together in an iced shaker and shake for 10 seconds, pour into a Highball Glass and garnish with Basil leaf and, if you can find them, sliced gooseberries.

  • 1 1/2 oz. Gin
  • 3/4 oz. Creme de Menthe
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

Mix your gin, creme de Menthe and Fresh lime juice in a shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Pour contents into a Rocks Glass and top with 2-3 ounces of Club Soda. Serve and enjoy.

  • 1/2 oz. Dark Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Rumple Minz
  • 1/2 oz. Jagermeister
  • 1/2 oz. Goldschlager

Mix all ingredients in an iced shaker, shake it up and strain it into an iced Rocks Glass and serve.

  • 3/4 oz. Malibu Rum

  • 1 1/2 oz. El Diamante de Cielo Blanco (or other Silver Tequila)

Mix all ingredients in an iced shaker for 10 seconds, strain and serve in a chilled Cocktail Glass. Serve.

 

The Zombie [video]

  • 2 oz. Light Rum
  • 2 oz. Gold Rum
  • 2 oz. Dark Rum
  • 1 oz. Apricot Brandy
  • 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
  • 1 oz. Orange Juice
  • 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Tsp. Orgeat Syrup
  • 1/2 oz. 151-proof Rum
  • Slice of Orange to Garnish
  • Slice of Lemon to Garnish
  • Sprig of Mint to Garnish
  • 2 Maraschino Cherries (one red, one green)

Mix all ingredients in an iced shaker and strain into Tiki Glass and garnish with sprig of mint, orange slice, lemon slice and two maraschino cherries.

 

Sex with an Alligator [video]

  • 1/2 oz. Midori
  • 1/2 Splash Sweet and Sour Mix
  • 1/2 oz. Raspberry Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. Jagermeister

Mix sweet/sour mix and midori in an iced shaker, shake and strain into shooter (shot) glass. Pour raspberry liqueur slowly down the side of the shot glass so it sinks to the bottom. Layer Jagermeister on top by slowly pouring over the back of a spoon. Serve, shoot.

 

Tequila Colada [video]

  • 1 1/2 oz. Tequila
  • 1/4 oz. Kahlua
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 3/4 oz. Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 oz. Cream of Coconut

Mix ingredients together in a shaker for 10 seconds, strain into iced Highball Glass and serve.

 

Planters Punch [video]

  • 2 oz. Dark Rum
  • Dash of Cointreau
  • 1 1/2 oz. Orange Juice
  • 1 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
  • Dash of Grenadine
  • Orange Slice to garnish
  • Maraschino Cherry to garnish

Mix ingredients together in a shaker for 10 seconds, strain into iced Highball Glass, garnish with orange slice and maraschino cherry; serve.

 

Brain Hemorrhage [video]

  • 1 1/2 Peach Schnapps
  • 1 1/2 Bailey's Irish Cream
  • Few drops of Grenadine

Pour peach schnapps into a shot glass, followed by Bailey's Irish Cream -- pour aggresively for best effect. Drip a few drops of grenadine into the glass and serve, drink in one gulp.

 

Rum Swizzle [video]

  • 2 oz Dark Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
  • 5-6 oz. Ginger Ale
  • Lemon Wheel to Garnish

Mix all dark rum, lemon juice and triple sec together in an iced shaker for 10 seconds and strain into an iced Collins Glass and garnish with Lemon Wheel; serve.

 

Boston Cocktail [video]

  • 1 1/2 oz. Gin (G'Vine for example)
  • 1 1/2 oz. Apricot Brandy
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Dash of Grenadine

Mix all ingredients together and shake for 10 seconds, strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve.

  • 1 Maraschino Cherry
  • 1/2 oz. Grenadine
  • 1/2 oz. Kahlua

  • 1 oz. Light Rum
  • 1 oz. Blue Curacao
  • 1 oz. Cream of Coconut
  • 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • Pineapple Wedge to Garnish
  • Maraschino Cherry

Mix all ingredients together in a shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into an iced Highball Glass, garnish with Pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry; serve.

 

Peartini [video]

  • Grey Goose La Poire
  • 1/4 oz. Disaronno Originale Amaretto
  • 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
  • Pear Slice

Mix all ingredients together in a shaker and shake for 10 seconds and strain into a chilled Cocktail Glass and garnish with a slice of pear.

 

Blue Eyed Blond [video]

  • 1/2 oz. Creme de Banane
  • 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
  • 1/2 oz. Frangelico

Layer drinks in order listed in a shot glass and serve.

 

Classic Mojito [video]

  • 6 Mint Leaves
  • 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz. Lime
  • 1 1/2 oz. Light Rum (or Dark Rum)
  • Top with Club Soda
  • Garnish with a Sprig of Mint
  • Granish with Lime

Muddle mint leaves, lime and simple syrup in the bottom of a Highball Glass then pour in rum. Top with ice and fill with club soda, garnish and serve.
