The Żubrówka Bianco is a cocktail that reminds me of a warm apple pie baking in the oven. This cocktail tastes like warm apple pie smells without the sweetness of cinnamon. The finish is slightly dry and brings a nice classy look to your hand while holding the cocktail.

A great cocktail to try if you get your hands on some Bison Grass, also known as Żubrówka.

Jagermister cocktails? and the Baby Guinness

Is there any good cocktails involving jagermister?

And a shooter i think you should try if you haven't as of yet! is a Baby Guinness. It consist of 3/4 full shot glass of Tia Maria and then gently top it with baileys so it layers! great little shooter but hard to get the baileys to sit!

I have a stack of email recipes, some I've not made because I don't have all the ingredients and such. Others, I'm just holding back to pair better with recipes for the week, etc.

The Zubrowka recipe you sent, I had way before I could find the vodka. Then Bison Grass came to me directly to review the product and bam, I had Zubrowka to use!

I know, I know :) actually, I'm not sending them to you to see them on the show (though it is nice if you use them), just for you to try cocktails which are IMO tasty :) so, let's assume from now on, that I send recipes to my friend, not show host :)

I'm planning to release on Saturdays and Mondays, hopefully I can work something for this Saturday, if not then perhaps monday... but I really want this Saturday. I'm heading to the Boston Wine Expo though, it's going to be a busy day.

I've got to build out an intro or just put them out without one to start and work one in later. The site is almost up and going I think, I have to work on some e-mail account issues and such. Also need to open it up to reader registration for accounts if people want 'em.
