Aloe Vera Cocktail

The Aloe Vera is a play off a classic melon ball meets midori sour with a twist of crazy. The flavors play well together and it's unique enough to be a stand-alone cocktail. We're using Haamonii Smooth Shochu but you can substitute any citrus vodka to which you have access, or checkout Haamonii Lemon at D&M.
You can use Rose's Lime Cordial ("Rose's Lime Juice" in the States) or, as I always like, fresh lime juice. My mix was a bit of all, a half a squeezed lime with a bit of Rose's to sweeten it further.

And here I was hoping for a cocktail using actual aloe vera juice. I've seen this bizarre-looking drink in the store and finally tasted some last night - delicious! We must make a cocktail with it! Please help?

It's awesome that you now have this posted! There was one either just like this or very similar on drinkalizer.com, but they are lame and don't exsist anymore. I'm going to have to watch more of your videos!

Hopefull you'll find other recipe's that you'll want to investigate further and try for yourself. We've got almsot 200 now, so there are a few to choose from :-)
