The Arizona Twister, full of awesome tastes that will blow your mind. A sweet tasting coconut on the front end with a hint of orange and pineapple finish. Tequila, Rum and Vodka have never tasted so good!

Hm, I just found Malibu coconut rum, is it any good for this recipe?
Malibu Should Work Great
Malibu should work fine for this recipe, I like them both. Really, a "coconut rum" of any brand should fit this recipe perfectly.

Have you tried this with regular bacardi rum and coconut milk/syrup instead? Is so, how does it taste? As there are no coconut rum and cream here
Experiment
You should experiment to see what you can get that tastes like it, if the coconut cream is tough to get, try coconut syrup, which is probably the exact same stuff as the cream. Really, something of a thick consistency with a powerful coconut taste is all you're going to need to make this work well.
