Bailey's Mint Chocolate Martini

The Bailey's Mint Chocolate Martini is a pretty cocktail of flavorful proportions. The ingredient count is low as Bailey's brings a nice delicious coffee-like flavor with great textures and the subtle mint component. This would make a great dessert style drink or after dinner cocktail leading up to a slightly more dark chocolate dessert or coffee.

- 1 oz of frangelico - 1 oz of kahlua - 1 oz of baileys - 1 tablespoon of honey - 2 oz of milk - chocolate syrup

Put the frangelico, kahlua, baileys, honey, and milk into a cocktail shaker with the ice. Shake vigorously. Pour chocolate syrup into the side of a hurricane glass and rotate the glass to create a pattern on its inside with the chocolate syrup. Gently strain the mix from the cocktail shaker into the glass. Decorate the drink with some flaked chocolate, and the rim of the glass with strawberries. It’s AWESOME!

Baileys in Norway
Here in Norway we get Baileys in four different kinds: Baileys Coffe, Baileys Crème Caramel, Baileys Mint Chocolate and Baileys Original Irish Cream. Mmm... Baileys =)

You got 'em all, awesome. I gotta say, they're all good from what I can tell. Gonna try to work a coffee flavored one next. The Caramel recipe I'm making (with vanilla ice cream) should launch next Friday.
