Broken Down Golf Cart

Visit AwesomeDrinks.com for glassware and more!

Here is a nice simple shooter for your weekend, what's easier than midori and amaretto? Of course, Amaretto fans will be happy and the overall sweetness makes it a desirable drink for those new to cocktail/shooters or those with a little bit of a sweet tooth.

Enter, the Broken Down Golf Cart...what a silly name!

This cocktail reminds me of a Jolly Rancher candy

More specifically, either the watermelon or sour apple Jolly Rancher. Pretty delicious, like drinking liquid candy :D. The name is second to "Alien Secretion" in oddness.

Liquid Candy

Liquid Candy, I bet there is a drink recipe for that! :)

Jack The Legend

P.S. When do you plan to do Jack The Legend? As it's been in site for a while now.

Proud to be awesome.

Not sure

I had the owner submit it and then fixed it up on mixdrinkipedia.com. I didn't have a scheduled date, all I knew was that I had to catch up on my list and get the halloween episodes wrapped up. Now, I've got to go back and figure out what needs to be done for the next few weeks.

I may end up in Switzerland for a few days so I want to get them all documented and tested prior to any flights I may have to take.

Amaretto, smells and tastes

Amaretto, smells and tastes like sweetened almonds.

Proud to be awesome.

Strange name

Strange name, as usual with shooters =P. But the amaretto recipes come in handy as i just bought me some. Other then that, for me, the amaretto really reminds me of almond paste, rather then the nuts on their own. (well, amaretto is a liqueur so it has sugar, almonds + sugar is almost all it takes for almond paste.)
