Chianti Wine Cocktail - Ecco Cioccolato

Visit AwesomeDrinks.com for glassware and more!

The Ecco Cioccolato is a fancy little cocktail for those that love red wines, fruits and chocolate. Besides bringing a huge classic look and appeal, the taste is fruity yet dark, fresh and slightly dry on the finish. Ecco Domani pulls no punches in their cocktail creations and this is no different, you may also want to checkout our previous wine cocktail video's including Ecco Freddo and Vita Domani both which use Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio.

Will you use wine in your cocktails?

Ok, I'm DEFINITELY trying this cocktail tonight!

Great episode, Derrick!

Thanks for the Hello Vino mention, and the other two wine cocktail episodes were a ton of fun!  This cocktail looks delicious - sounds like a perfect dessert to cap off the weekend.

Will you use wine in your cocktails?

not today, not tomorrow, but one day I surely will :)

I said the same thing

I said nearly the same, but luckily this show allows me to open my eyes and mind to new ideas faster than most. When HelloVino.com came to me and we talked (we met at the Boston Wine Expo) we started thinking about wine cocktails and seeing what we can collaborate on. From there, I got introduced to some cool cocktails.

Now, it's hard to put 'em down.

I'm definitely opened to new

I'm definitely opened to new ideas, when it comes to drinking :) Heck, I even tried a drink with a cucumber (really good, by the way).
But, I'm not an experienced drink maker, and there is a lot of standard cocktails still waiting for me ;) So, wine based cocktails will have to wait, until their time comes.
