Today we're using some samples we received from Perfect Puree for their Beverage Artistry line of products. The goal is to find the perfect additive with as much natural flavors as possible to simplify some complex cocktail creation.The Beverage Artistry products are shipped frozen and should stay frozen until you're prepared to utilize them in cocktails.

This cocktail uses Cachaça as the core spirit, we'll be using this more as we work cool new cocktails.

The Hot Apple Toddy is much like the original toddy but with some apple cider. This is a good holiday drink with seasonal flavor and style, it's warm so it will be good for those chilly days after shoveling a pile of snow. Or, for those that don't get snow, just enjoy the fact that you don't and we do.
