We're finishing off our series of grapefruit cocktails with the Zombie Prince! This cocktail has both a gold and light rum while bringing out the grapefruit, lemon and orange juice. A sour cocktail with bite, sours and a nice rum flavor, the Zombie prince might be more fitting for those that like a subtle grapefruit that doesn't go over the top.

Irish Coffee, is this how they drink it in Ireland? Probably not, but we're drinking it that way. This is our restaurant style (look) to the Irish coffee using some brown sugar and Michael Collins Irish Whiskey Blend.
