We're on a Bailey's kick, here is the first recipe known as the Liquid Caramel. If you're a huge fan of coffee or coffee-like beverages, this might be perfect for you. At first I was amazed that the liquid caramel doesn't use caramel Bailey's Irish Cream in it, but we'll remedy that with a caramel flavored Bailey's later!
