Oh yeah, Tequila. We're making a cocktail with añejo tequila this week. This is a very complex little cocktail with creme de cacao, chambord and some heavy cream. While this cocktail is great for tequila fans, the complexity and maturity of the añejo really makes this a fun drink for a wide audience (especially those that like more mature whiskey and scotches).

This shooter tastes like the white part of the peppermint patty, the tasty bits of the candy. Fans of the patty will no doubt love this drink as it brings all the flavornoids right the the front of your tongue in a dancing delight.
