A pousse-cafe (layered) shooter with a total of four layers. There is no trick of the eye hear, it's all about layering the ingredients in the correct order. This might be our first layering of light rum on the top of a shooter (or not, can't recall) but it's a neat little cocktail shooter with a minty finish.

The Caramel Mint Martini is a minty after-dinner cocktail that aims to remind the consumer of a "thin mint" cookie with sweet caramel notes. You'll find a nice smooth texture, a bit of vodka potency wrapped in a chocolate-like caramel/mint core. Presentation isn't so shabby either!
