A pousse-cafe (layered) shooter with a total of four layers. There is no trick of the eye hear, it's all about layering the ingredients in the correct order. This might be our first layering of light rum on the top of a shooter (or not, can't recall) but it's a neat little cocktail shooter with a minty finish.

We're on vacation but all is not lost, we've got video's all week (posting remotely). Today we begin a video we recorded back in May called the Purple Planter's Punch. It's a sour cocktail for those fans of the sour side of the drink, we've got lime, blue curacao and some grenadine with a dash or two of angostura bitters. Did I mention lime? Good. Lime.
