It's Toddy Time! We're building out an italian variant to the toddy, where using some CC (canadian club) whiskey and bringing in an italian herbal liqueur: Averna. Drip some honey, hot water and freshly squeezed orange juice and you're done.

Muddled ginger, this isn't something we've tried before. Initially, finding ginger at the super market was a pain in the butt, but once we found it and learned how to cut it up correctly we were able to create the Ginger Honey Rummy.
