A pousse-cafe (layered) shooter with a total of four layers. There is no trick of the eye hear, it's all about layering the ingredients in the correct order. This might be our first layering of light rum on the top of a shooter (or not, can't recall) but it's a neat little cocktail shooter with a minty finish.

A sweet raspberry attack with a fake blueberry like flavor in the mid-palate ending with a sweet creamy blueberry filling. The layering brings a nice perfect finish to the shooter and the presentation isn't half bad either. Definitely a must-try for those that have blueberry schnapps handy!
