It's time to get mysterious, the fog cutter cocktail! This is our first cocktail containing Sweet Sherry and it adds a bit of dark fruit "wine" like flavors to the attack while maintaining a solid middle-of-the-line sour finish. While the end is a bit potent with a "warming" feeling, the cocktail is still a well-balanced experience from start to finish. People will struggle to figure out what all the flavors are and have a good time doing it. Of course, if you dislike sherry that might be a problem.

A well-balanced tiki cocktail, the Major Bailey is mainly a rum-based cocktail with hints of citrus in the forms of lemon juice and hints of orange. The slight tad of simple syrup balances out the lemon juice and allows you to refine your tastes to that of the pineapple without a major impact from the rum.
