We're pulling out the Don Q Limón Rum with some champagne and blue curacao. If you're thinking about serving champagne for the evening festivities perhaps adding some fancy blue will impress the guests. Of course, for some of you, New Years Eve is probably starting sooner than others (yes, our European viewers!).

The Pink "Kitty," also goes by the recipe name Pink Pussy but we're not exactly happy with the naming convention of the original recipe so we changed it. This is a beautifully looking cocktail which reminds us much of a margarita with a distinct citrus finish. The limón rum (Don Q in our case) hides well in this drink and brings a slightly enhanced sour undertone to the cocktail.
