The cocktail of champions, the Sandstrom cocktail is like a beautiful pink lemonade with lime and lemon/lime soda. It's sweet but keeps a nice strong acidity to help cut through the sweetness and bring a more complex cocktail to life.

Midori makes a return today (but not all week) for the Green Eyes Cocktail. This cocktail brings more of a sour bite than we typically seem to be making (not on purpose). The taste is deliciously sour, it won't tear your face off with sours but it will nip at your tender cheek loins.
