A late Sunday breakfast isn't done right until you've had some big buttery pancakes. And, what compliments pancakes better than orange juice. Now, on to the show... the Howl at the Moon shooter should really should be named The Pancake Shooter from its taste profile.

We're focusing on an unsung hero: Apricot Brandy. WIth the nice thickness of a shaken orange juice to the sweet apricot tastes all arounded out with a bit of sweet & sour mix really builds a delicous beverage. While it can be enjoyed all year, I can see this being a great cocktail for sitting by the pool, if you have a pool (or someone elses pool if they're not looking)
