The third halloween cocktail for 2009, we're getting closer to the day so let's really start cranking through some sillyness. This time we're creating the Sour Witch, another Jonathan Pogash recipe using Lucid Absinthe and sour cherries. We opened a bottle of sparkling wine earlier in the week so we're using it with this cocktail as well.

We're re-applying our knowledge from our first episode with the experience of 90+ new episodes when touching upon the Trader Vic's Mai Tai recipe. Hopefully we've progressed since episode #1 last year, we're also going a bit more traditional with the ingredients.

You'll probably want a double old fashioned glass for this cocktail, or maybe a tiki mug with a little extra liquid contents. Add as many cool fruit garnishes as you want to really liven up the drink.
