The Vita Domani recipe comes straight out of the wine cocktail recipe list at Ecco Domani. Rick, from HelloVino.com and I explore this muddled grape cocktail with beautiful color and "fruit forward" flavors. This expands on our last episode with HelloVino in which we covered the Ecco Freddo - now you have to reasons to buy a bottle of Ecco Domani and start experimenting.

This recipe video was previously recorded about two months ago, so if the studio setup looks a bit older, that is why! Hopefully the weather is warm and you can enjoy this light and refreshing cocktail in your region. Heck, you'll enjoy it regardless to the weather!

 

Our first guest appearance, Jim from HelloVino arrives at the studio with a few bottles of Ecco Domani's Pinot Grigio and we pull out some watermelon to build the Ecco Freddo.
