A layered cocktail, pousse café, we're building chambord, frangelico and Bailey's Irish cream together. The layering technique used should be slightly different than we did in this video to avoid any clouding effects in the layer. However, the taste should be similar.

A pousse-cafe (layered) shooter with a total of four layers. There is no trick of the eye hear, it's all about layering the ingredients in the correct order. This might be our first layering of light rum on the top of a shooter (or not, can't recall) but it's a neat little cocktail shooter with a minty finish.
