A layered cocktail, pousse café, we're building chambord, frangelico and Bailey's Irish cream together. The layering technique used should be slightly different than we did in this video to avoid any clouding effects in the layer. However, the taste should be similar.

More gold rum, this time we're using Myers's Gold rum and Cheatau Monet for our raspberry liqueur. This cocktail has fresh lime juice and pineapple juice in it as well, making it a very tasty fruity style cocktail recipe. Slightly sweet, slightly awesome (okay, full of awesome) with nice color.
