A delighfully different cocktail with a dark cherry maltiness with both sweets and sours, if not a bit sweeter than sour. A dark coloring with almost a chocolate note to the taste, this is an elegent style of cocktail that puts Genever to great use.

The nice flavors of gin with a slight bite, sweet raspberry but overall a great balance with a slightly sour overall tone. A worthwhile gin cocktail because it's just a bit different from the normal, with the hints of raspberry (chambord) and bite.
