This one might be more for entertainment value or for those curious about Campari. We built this with the intention of experimenting, for the viewers, but had a feeling it wasn't going to be our favorite. To work through the process, we also created a dry and normal varient to find the differences.

Still--bitter.

A lovely classic built with scotch whisky, we're still using some Johnnie Walker Black Label until we get to diversify our scotch collection. This is a sweeter version of our prior manhattan cocktail, the Dry Manhattan using bourbon.

Lovely, hints of sweetness that round out the alcohol punch yet leave the aged oak lingering on the palate.
