We're really enjoying the catdaddy product, for those that can gain some access to this I highly suggest it. At Tales of the Cocktail 2010 many folks had their first taste of Catdaddy and were surprised on how well it tastes (as typical "moonshine" products tend to be potent to the extreme).

The Kitty Carlisle is a neat experience with Catdaddy that will probably be loved by both the bourbon drinker and Catdaddy enthusiasts.

A bourbon and peach schnapps drink with nice light carbonation of lemon/lime soda (sprite). The largest component is definitely the orange juice, which brings a juicy citrus backbone with a nice light oak finish. This cocktail definitely pairs well with the Jim Beam White Label brand.
