A classic recipe, we're bringing tons of unique flavors to the table including a well structured gin, a bit of absinthe in the form of Vieux Carré and a sweet attack with the dubonnet rouge. The Dubonnet Royal is an older recipe, bringing style and grace to your cocktail glass, neat color and taste, this is the full package.
If you've got the ingredients, you should really give this a try to expand your palate in new classic ways. Besides, we'll have another recipe tomorrow to help you polish off the Dubonnet Rouge!

Dubonnet
I am a big fan of Dubonnet, so I can't wait to see what your other recipe is!

This one is actually very similar to one that I like a lot, the Opera. Â Basically, substitute orange bitters for the dash of curacao, and instead of absinthe, use a quarter ounce or so of maraschino. Â I am excited to try this variation though, since I can imagine the absinthe and the Dubonnet working well together.
