The Grass Skirt recipe is an crazy cocktail with explosive flavors. This mixed drink brings everything to the table, the pineapple juice adds a tropical taste, the gin adds a slightly hint of green with a touch of orange peel from the cointreau.
Gin lovers will find a new recipe in the Grass Skirt while those that aren't huge gin lovers will find the gin is less potent under the mask of pineapple. This drink has a little for everyone, although the color leads us to think it would make a great Valentines Cocktail.

well, definitely too sweet for me. but, my wife loved it, so I suppose I'll make a lot of these when she invites her girlfriends :)
