KahlĂșa Black Cat

Visit AwesomeDrinks.com for glassware and more!

Halloween Cocktail Recipes are here, and we're starting with the KahlĂșa Black Cat, a simple start to the festive time of year in the United States and anyone else who wishes to join along. This recipe brings along some sambuca, kahlĂșa and vanilla vodka (we're using Three Olives) with a couple espresso beans to build an enjoyable little cocktail.

Let the festivities begin! Plus, it gives us a better chance to act like a dork on video...

Haha

Well, this time I just turned pc on, went to recent changed and boom, it was there! :-) But yeah, you usually post vids at the same time, so going to recent changes few times in that period is what I do.

Proud to be awesome.

Recent Changes

Ah yes, but what happens if I add recipes out of the blue when I get free time? :) I have to go and add last years holiday recipes as I'm creating a holiday recipe section to mixdrinkipedia! Also, I've got to add SKYY vodka and Bison Grass Vodka later this week (as I recently got product information and samples from them)

Have you had Bison Grass Vodka? It's a Polish Vodka and, from my understanding, it's sold in Europe or around that area.

LOL, I just wait

LOL, I just wait then.

Never seen Bison Grass, but we have Bison Vodka as well, logo's are quite similar.

ƻubrówka

Yeah, I think it's typically just called ƻubrówka

zubrowka

It's time for me to step in :)
Vygantas, IIRC Stumbras is a standard vodka (correct me, if I'm wrong), whereas Polish Zubrowka uses a specificic type of grass (bison grass, hence the name) in the manufacturing process. Also, 1 leaf of that grass is found in every Zubrowka bottle :)
Zubrowka has a pretty distinct herbal taste, yet it is not bitter. I'm personally not the huge fan of it, but my international guests have always liked it :)
BTW, Zubr is a Polish bison species, and Zubrowka is pronounced like Zhoobroofkah. Yeah, something like that ;)

Bison Grass

It does have a blade of grass in it too!

Yep, you are absolutely

Yep, you are absolutely correct :-)

Proud to be awesome.

lol @ intro

Awesome, I was just about to suggest you to air shooter ep on Saturday.

Proud to be awesome.

Instant comment, just add Vygantas!

You've got to be the most dedicated commenter ever! I haven't even launched the video across all the websites and youtube yet and we've already got a comment. I picture you just sitting there hitting refresh on the site once you see the mixdrinkipedia recipe post :)
