The Mai Tai Recipe (Red)

How to create the perfect (red) Mai Tai. Sweet, tasty and refreshing. This little cocktail has some light rum, lime juice, grand marnier (orange liquor), orgeat (almond) syrup and a tropical Polynesian style taste.

awsome soundtrack

haha why did you stop playing that awsome elevator music in the back ground. but seriously you guys do make the cocktail how-to videos.

Soundtrack

The reason that was added into this track was to mask the camera "whine" from the audio system. After this we found a workaround for the issue. We stopped using the camera audio and record it separately and sync the audio and video later during post production.

I'm not a huge fan of audio over words as it can be distracting. Not to mention it can be victim of a DMCA takedown order if peopel find out you're using artists songs within your shows without paying royalties for public playing.

Hey, where is Alien Nipple?

Hey, where is Alien Nipple? :-)

Proud to be awesome.

Damn, you're fast. The flash is still encoding. :)

LOL, actually, I was waiting

LOL, actually, I was waiting half of the day and found a way to watch recipes before they appear here (recent changes < hint) LOL

Proud to be awesome.

audio stuff

Yeah, we had an audio issue in the final encoding with the release and had to re-edit and re-render so it took longer than I expected.

Ic, your drinks collection

Ic, your drinks collection was not very large back then. Or you just drank them faster :-P

Proud to be awesome.

Well, I also got lazy :)

I had more alcohol but it was downstairs, I got lazy and started leaving it in the recording studio. However, I have "invested" a lot more in alcohol since the pilot episodes. Although I did have a larger library back than, now my library is at least 3x as large :)
