Pêrarita

The Pêrarita is a cocktail recipe utilizing the Prickly Pear Drink mixer from Pêra. This is a great alternative to the standard Margarita when you've grown bored of the original recipe and want to try something new. The taste is a well rounded unique sweetness with a great sour undertone and unbelievable coloring.
This cocktail will leave a good impression on the eyes and taste good on the tongue.

Sounds like a great drink but ordering the prickly pear drink mix is a bit farther than I'd like to go for a cocktail.Keep up the good work though. I'll recomend this to my bartender friends.

I can understand that, but it's nice to have options. :) I like to root for the little guys so they can grow and become a standard shelf item.
