Tropical Ivan

Tropical drinks, slightly sweet cocktails, are pretty and enjoyable on the face. The Tropical Ivan falls directly in the category of fun for your face with a bit of tequila, bitters and triple sec. It's not too often we've done a drink with fruit punch before, especially with tequila!
We're using the Tres Generaciones this week to produce our Tropical Ivan cocktail.

My fruit punch is gone
I never though simple fruit punch would lead to such conversation! I guess I took that for granted from our International folks... fruit punch is a staple kids drink, comes in squeeze boxes and everything.

I threw out our bottle as it was empty (kids consumed it almost immediately). I'll read off ingredients next time I do a fruit punch recipe :) Gotta find a fruit punch recipe...!
Hawaiian Punch
It might just be me, but whenever I think of Fruit Punch, I think of Hawaiian Punch or Capri Sun. However, I have a feeling our European friends probably don't know what I'm talking about. To me, those are very sweet, not sour like someone (maybe Vygantas?) was asking about. But both could very easily be used as mixers, like the magical Hunch Punch (Hawaiian Punch and Everclear).

Oh yes, the punch dude busts through the wall and serves his less-than natural fruit drinks to kids. SUGAR RUSH!

Fruit Punch is a juice that I can buy at the store, I believe it's oranges, pineapples and maybe some type of apple juice. It's 100% juice, I just don't know what the ingredient list is off the top of my head.
Blood Oranges
I'm guessing the red colors would come from the (blood) oranges? Maybe there's some red grapejuice in there or something. You should check it out and let us know (Because it looks tasty!). Maybe it's cranberries in there. I'm going to try to mix up my own fruit punch :)

Does it taste mostly of something sour like orangejuice or do you taste more of the red juices (grapes, cranberry, pomegranate, etc.) in there?
Also know as passionjuice.
In Denmark, where I come from, fruit punch is also know as passion fruit juice or multi fruit juice. It contains about the same ingridients and despite its yellow-orange color I believe that the taste is identical to Fruit Punch.

I don't know, I've never had a multi-vitamin juice. It tastes kinda like a mildly sweet melody of fruits...if that helps any :)
